As previously reported, The OC has now been officially confirmed as over. The final episode will screen on February 22nd 2007 in the US.

"THE O.C. Season Four finale will also be the series finale. This feels like the best time to bring the show to its close, said creator Josh Schwartz. Thanks to the hard work of our cast, crew and writers, we have enjoyed our best season yet, and what better time to go out than creatively on top. It has been an amazing experience and a great run. For a certain audience, at a certain time, THE O.C. has meant something. For that we are grateful."

First season was alright... near the end i stopped watching. second third four or whatever season their on you couldn't pay me to watch.

I used to hate the show, but my roommate last year was a big fan. He kinda got me into it and I've watched it off and on this year. From a plot standpoint its a good time to end the show.

The only episode I saw was the one where Mischa Barton made out with some hot girl. Smart idea right there, and then they go and kill her off. Dumbasses.
