Pull up a pic of actual One90's, then compare them to what is shown in that auction. I'm no expert either, but you can clearly see that everything is different.

It is not neccisarily a branding thing. Eventually skate companies start to run out of the materials and componets of older models. Players sometimes do not want to change what they are wearing, so the skate companies will make a skate that has the same fit the feel that the player is used to but has the newer materials or componets.
