Legend problems

okay, I just received my custom Legend blades. they were addressed to me, and have my name on the hosel. the only problem is that these blades are NOT what i ordered. first of all, they are the wrong shot, and wrong hosel design. i know that some other people on the board ran into problems with Legend once Jim left, and i was wondering if this happened to you. also, does anyone have any advice on how i should deal with the Legend people about returning the blades and getting my money back.

I had somehwat of the same problem with mine. They made the right curve, but they also made them in a righty, unacceptable for a God-fearing lefty like myself. I email them back about the whole thing and what I should do, and the guy said I could sell them to a guy on my team that I had mentioned and they woul dremake them. But now I'm having issues being in contact with them since Jim left, so we'll see how the drama plays out...

yeah, i just sent e-mail to them. hopefully they can take them back, because even if they could remake them, i'm done dealing with Legend at this point

wow . . . i just got an e-mail back from legend about 20 mins after i sent mine stating that they will remake the blades for no-charge and include an extra blade for free! so i guess my last post can be disregarded.

That's pretty slack.

I can understand not giving you the right curve, but the wrong hand?

Send them back ASAP and demand your money back or a revision.

At least they got back to you. I ordered blades over a month ago and still don't have them. The last I heard from them was that they would be shipped by the end of the week, that was June 10th. Haven't gotten any response to emails since. I'm starting to get pissed about it.

Just heard back from them, should be here next week. Hopefully I won't break any blades until then. <_<

Miserable - the messed up blades that i got were in the works for 2 months, so i wouldn't be worried.

I'm not too worried, I'm a little pissed since they said it would only take two weeks but a month isn't too long to wait. I just didn't like not getting responses to emails.

I had nothing but problems with Legend when they made my blades, too. I am still waiting for final resolution on the issue of being double charged (Yes, I contacted them and my CC company - Legend didn't correct it so I had to put the CC company on their ass for an unauthorized charge). My blades took three weeks longer than promised (took 5 weeks total) and I had to hound them to get them. I will never buy blades from Legend again but they will probably be out of business before I need new ones.
