nhl off season training program?

I need a good program for this summer, does anyone have a copy of an NHL program? I know the red wings one was posted around here but I cannot get the link to work that I bookmarked not long ago. Can someone upload for me some programs? Thanks a lot!

Edit: does not have to be NHL, but can be a good Jr or College lifting program.

bauer/nikes website has some nice strength and condiitoning excercises, incorporating some plyometrics. not necessarily hockey specific, but not bad for overall condition

it´s from 2000 I think, I think it was made for Erich Goldmann (German Prospect in the 90s)

It would be great to have a look at Fisher´s one

I've seen the conditioning video for the that they give out each offseason to the Nashville Preds players but i don't have a copy at the momment... it's pretty impressive the stuff they go through and the tests that they make the players take when they get back to camp to see if they've been doing it or not. Lot of plyometrics and balance exercises.

I found it! Most of the uploading links in this thread didnt work but J-Shera's half way down the 2nd page does. It is the post with all of the pages in a list the jpeg's open right away.
