What is the stick flex according to these in-the-stick inscriptions?

Recommended Posts

I know last time I posted you guys said that they were both 85 flex according to the inscriptions. But these 2 sticks are made for Gonchar and I doubt he uses an 85 flex. And they seem a lot stiffer than an 85 flex. These 2 sticks are pro stock by the way.

i know you don't want to hear it, nut they are most likely 85 flx.

I believe the ST is stiffer than other sticks such as an SL, XXX-lite, etc. since it is Super Tough

You have it backwards. The feel more whippy due to the lower kickpoint, explaining why people we're complaining that their 100 stealth felt closer to a 90, etc.

That and Easton stick flexes are all over the place. My first 85 flex ST felt alot more whippier than my 2nd 85 ST.

Easton flexes are normal when they are brand new, but when they are flexed a lot, they tend to get whippier faster than other brands.

That's why you don't buy online, in a shop once you've decided which stick your going to buy you can put slight pressure on it to figure out if the flex is accurate.
