buffalo hockey 0 Report post Posted April 1, 2007 i just picked a white intake and was wondering what visor fits the best on it. the only visor i have tryed was the itech hs22 but its so beat up i need to get a new one
AnthonyJTa 0 Report post Posted April 1, 2007 I have had both an ITech HS22, and an Oakley straight-cut (no vents) on my Intake and they've both fit fine. You'll need the spacers, and longer screws that came with the HS22.. or you'll need to hit a Home Depot, or Lowe's to get new ones.
hunterphfr 12 Report post Posted April 1, 2007 I use this one it fits well is nice and light. Best feature is it pops off of frame and I store in a mask bag with felt lining designed for my air pack mask at fire department. Greatly reduces scratches from my hockey bag,

voss 0 Report post Posted April 24, 2007 what do spacers do?anyone have an intake with hs22 wave or oakley pro mod aviator no vents?
dieselbro 0 Report post Posted April 25, 2007 what do spacers do?anyone have an intake with hs22 wave or oakley pro mod aviator no vents? The spacers are used to keep the visor from stretching the helmet out, width wise. If you can find a picture of the front page of the 2006 Itech Catalogue, look at Zetterberg's helmet and you'll see.EDIT - Hopefully this pic might help :)
TBLfan 25 Report post Posted April 25, 2007 not soo much the helmet out as cracking the visor(actually moreso both), you see cracked visors all the time because people dont take the time to find spacers.
Sven 1 Report post Posted April 25, 2007 Thats right. When you take a look at this pic, you can see that his Intake is also stretched to the sides. Its more to prevent the cracking.
