questionable mission stick warranty

Thats not what I meant, but if you bought any OPS and sent it in, and regardless of what stick it is they sent you the low end replacement, how would you feel?

So stop bitching about it on a message board and call up the company and tell them how you feel.

I didn't even know they'd think about replacing a stick that you've been using for 4 years with anything. Hell, I'm surprised the M1 lasted as long as they did.

I called cs prior to me sending in the stick to see what I would get seeing as though the new models were 65 flex in int size. I was told I was going to recieve a Hex1 or a Pulse by both phone CS and by email. In comparison, if you break a an 05 stealth, you will get the new CNT, I've seen it done. What I'm surprised about is that they sent me their bottom of the line stick. It was like I paid for a SL, but got a synergy 300.

If they told you otherwise, make the call and discuss it with them.

Your stealth example is completely different. The Stealth, is still being made. If you break an SL, they give you an SE. That's what they feel is comparable. If you buy an original SyNergy you won't get a Stealth back. You will likely get an ST, or Synthergy II. Mission hasn't produced the M-1 for a LONG time, they haven't carried the name for a while either in their stick line. Call them, explain your situation and what CS said, then come back here. This should've been open and shut with the info you've said. You didn't get the stick you were supposed to according to CS, instead of coming here to complain, why not call CS and discuss it with them, then make a thread.

He bought it recently.

it didn't last 4 years. He bought it, used it, it broke in under a month.

Just because a stick was introduced 4 years ago doesn't mean that he's been using it for 4 years... that's just common sense.

*beat me to it. That's what I get for opening 5 tabs and not refreshing before I post.

Sorry for the delay guys, my new corporate job keeps me busy. I called them and spoke to a rep. and he thought it was odd too. I wasn't mad at them at all, but curious as to why that happened. He admitted someone shipped out the wrong stick and kindly had a vhex sent out, it will be here early next week. Mission once again proves they have the best CS of all the companies. He told me as well that I didn't have to send the toxic back, but to keep it on their behalf because of the mistake.

I broke an M-1 earlier in the year(around the Holidays)..

They sent me a left over Hex-1...Which would ahve been fine, it's a good stick IMO, maybe better than the M-1...

But...I sent them a 95 flex McCauley M-1, they sent me an 85 flex Rafalski...Not a fan of the flex or pattern..
