black e-pro holders

i cant get a straight answer from my LHS, partly because the CCM rep and them dont get along for whatever reason. Anyone know if the black e-pro's are being sold by themselves yet? or is all the stock going to the SEs?

Yes they are available seperate, they are available now. They were not when the SE skate first came out because they are 07 products. As for your LHS, if they ordered them they will get them when their 07 orders are delivered. My 07 stuff just started to arrive.

I've seen customers walk out of THe Hockey Shop with a pair of Tuuk holders in their hands and a pair of skates with Black E's on them.

I called a quite big hockey store here in Sweden to check when they would have the black e-pros in stock. The guy I talked to said that they will be out in stores in june... I guess we are a bit behind when it gets to new equipment. And that sucks

I am going to replace the prolites on my 1152's with black e-pros, but i'm going to use Graf's RMS screws/nuts instead of rivets to fastend the holders to the boot

I was actually looking to put the black E-Pros on my RBK 9K Pumps too... I'm dropping by to get a sharpening tomorrow, I'll see if my guy can order 'em yet.

i've spray painted mine, but between keeping the paint on it, and dying doesnt go all the way though, more and more white shows up after each use, the black holder is just easier, and still fairly cheap

I definitely want black holders on my V10.0 but the cost of taking off and putting on the holder isn't worth it. You also have to consider the fact that the holder might not be re-revitted properly.

they've got a lot of surface scratches and whatnot on them. I've also got a little bit of a leg issue, so I'm getting either a 1/8" or a 1/16" lift in my right skate... so I have to have at least one holder popped off.

good system.. when I put tuuk+ on my graf 705s, he opted to just use the graf screws that were already in place, looked kinda funny at first because the tuuks have so many holes in the bottom and he only used 8 but hey whatever works.

probably about the same as ryan smyth's with navy holders... ;) (think thats who it was anyway)

I got them for my vector 10.0's... the ones with the blue. they look much less atrocious. taking out the white balances out the blue color on the boot. People who hate the looks of the vectors have seemed to like the look with the black ones. I originally painted my holders, but theres too much chipping now, hence the black holders
