We are a small nation both in hockey and size but we still got a storie on nhl.com about us :D

We will get bigger in hockey. Look at Jannik Hansen in the playoff fore the Canucks. He´s played well, not many heard that name before the playoff. And then we have Frans Nielsen playing fore the Islanders. In the next years names like Peter Regin and mabye Lars Eller, 3 in the european rankings at this year´s draft mabye regular names in the nhl.

That's really cool to see. I heard from friends of the family that Danes were really into hockey, which surprised me quite a bit. I was about to study in Copenhagen for the second half of the summer but I couldn't afford to do that and study abroad in the fall. I'm really sad. Summer in Copenhagen sounds awesome. Anyway, it'll be fun to see some more Danes in the NHL.

I agree with you, Hansen played very well. He was the last one to be cut from the Canucks training camp and he didn't look out of place in the playoffs.

I missed that....I hate not being able to watch hockey because of school. I'm sure you're right JR, but he's a rookie, he's got time to learn from it.

Til he got ROCKED and gave up the puck on the series-winning goal...

 I saw that coming from a mile away. It's a shame because he really did have a good playoff.

Off topic, do any of you know how much Danish league jerseys go for? I was stumbling my way through the Odense site but I think the shop is closed for the off season or something.

I think Jannik will look up next time he playes against Scott Niedermayer ;)

We are now the 10th best hockey nation in the world after we beat Italy in the last game off the world championships in Russia :D
