LSP's V.s. LS2's.

Recommended Posts

In need of new skates. Not sure but checking out he XXXX's , One 90's and Supreme 70's. The only thing is I am nt a fan of LSP's so my question is how much work would hae to be done to put Ls2's on? New holes needed to be drilled? Thanks in advance fo your help. Sorry If this has already been dicussd somewhere , didn't see it anywhere in my search.

I'm sure you'll probably get about 20 replies that this has been discussed already multiple times and for you to "do a little research". People seem to be more worried about making posters seems like idiots instead of just helping them out by answering a simple question.

That said, if you're looking to switch LSPs for LS2s, you need to use the next size up (272 LSP = 280 LS2). That way all the holes line up with no problem, except for the front two. They will be there, but will be SLIGHTLY off, so they will have to be moved. All in all it should take more than a few minutes to do the whole job, unless the person doing it has no clue what they are doing.

Don't spend too much time worrying about holders. Any skate can be drilled to fit the holder you want. Pay more attention to the fit of the boot. It is way more important. Try them all on and see what fits the best, then go to your best LHS if you want to replace the holders.
