very decent buddy of mine got some 9K that looked great. I was actually going to grab some XXX but some guy got in front of me and grabbed them 1st, looked almost brand new

Did anybody have a chance to get out to the Flyers gear sale? Did they have a good selection? I planned on going but couldn't wake up! I live kind of far from Voorhees but was gonna drive out there anyways. But by the looks of it I might have been better off driving the 3 hours to the Caps equipment sale and unloading a months salary on gear I really don't need.

$1000 for an Ovechkin game used jersey is a bargain, unless it was a practice jersey.

Not a practice jersey. Real game jersey.

The sticks looked to be in good/like new condition. The skates were WELL used. They weren't in bad condition, but there wasn't much life left in them.

Most of the skates that I saw (non Ovey) were new. There were a few used skates that I saw that looked like they had only been used a few times.

Most of the new gloves were RBK 4 rolls. Pretty nice, but they were all 14" and I needed 15". I was lucky enough to get the last pair of XXXs and Eastons. Didn't really look at the used ones, but I did see that there were about 6 pair of Missions.

The jersey I saw was a game jersey, they may have had practice jeresys too though.

I picked up a of Easton pants, Vapor XXX gloves, Rbk 8k with visor, practice jersey and socks. All new, except for the socks.

Did they have any of OV's Oakley mirrored blue iridium visors like the one he used in the allstar game and team Russia. Those are sooo sweet! http://img138.imageshack.us/img138/6404/dsc4888tz9.jpg If not know anywhere I can get one of those tinted ones. They're also Oakley right?

They maybe made one only for ovey for the all star game.He use them from time to time in IHL.I for one would love one but oakley has not said anything about it.And i am sure they wont either!
