has anyone seen i, robot? i had a half-assed argument with this guy i know who was convinced the movie stole Asimov's ideas and killed them. did the movie really try to rip off asimov?

I've seen the previews two or three times and thats enough to make me steer clear of I, Robot.

It's obviously based on Asimov's book of short stories "I,Robot". How in the world could it not be? Did either of you read Asimov's work? It's pretty obvious.

Though Asimov actually ripped the ideas for "i,robot" off of someone else...lol
