Which volume in this program is best to practice stickhandling? I think volume one and three both mention puck control but does anyone know which one focuses more on just stickhandling?

Hey thanks for that tip...never heard that pulling the puck to change the angle on a snap shot before. The thought had occurred to me, but without formal training...

Also, fantastic slow motion shooting videos. That really will give me a lot to work on this offseason.
