why would they lose their account if its their profits they cut into?

I'd still like to see it just out of curiosity

Graf is a very different company, that's actually one of the few things about them I actually like. It protects all of their dealers from one or two whoring themselves out for no profit. Graf realizes that having a lot of healthy dealers is better in the long run than three or four very powerful dealers and a bunch who struggle.

That's what I like about Graf too. The little store who sells 5 pairs a year gets the skates for the same price as the chain stores. No discounts on big orders. This prevents the little guy from being squeezed out ... as so many big stores do to the little guys.

The label from hockey.lax.com for my OPS they sent me listed a price of $4.XX(USPS priority). Imagine how much of a discount a larger volume store gets and I don't believe fedex, ups or DHL lists actual discounted prices on the label.

Shipping companies probably have to list the actual delivery fee on the label/invoice. I assume not to would be against some law or another.

I know when I ship stuff with either FedEx or UPS they do not list the shipping price on the shipping label that is attached to the package. They give the customer back an invoice with the price on it.
