Hi all, can someone help me out?

Im looking at the RBK 9K and the supreme one90 elbow pads. The question i have is in regards to sizing. Are the nike bauer and RBK sizing different or the same? I fit in large Bauer elbow pads i know this, but if i were to go with the RBK option are they the same sizing as nike bauer or would i need another size?

What are peoples thoughts on the sizing and of the elbow pads?

I've tried them both on and fit in a large in both of them. I can't tell you for sure that you'd be the same but they both fit me well.

I wear a large set of Bauer 2000 elbows. I've tried on many different pairs of Jofa and RBK elbows, but I could never get my elbow to settle comfortably. I don't know if the elbow suspension they use was just a bit too odd for me and things would settle nicely after breaking them in, or if my arm was just too wide for it. I've tried both size 6 and 7 elbows.

Never tried One90 gear.

What are the recommended heights for each elbow pad size?

I've always worn Large elbow pads and I have never been fully mobile with them in so half the time I play w/o them.

I am 5'11 but I think i have kinda long arms
