Yes. As well as the 4500, which just has some very minor changes.

The 4500 corrected the shell cracking issue by puting more pronouced indentations around the adjustment screws.

Actually, the 4500 fits a little better IMO. It kinda wraps the back/bottom of my head a little more than the 4000 and the 0004 (which are the SAME helmet) did.
