Legend Custom Blade Problems

So I finally got my custom blades that I ordered two months ago yesterday. The problem is that not only are the blades the wrong curve; I have two blades that are the same and one that is a different curve from the other two. I guess sending the wrong curve is excusable but how can you send 3 blades that are supposed to be exactly the same and have one not even be the same curve as the others?

I emailed them last night and have yet to hear from them. I know some others on here have had problems with Legend sending the wrong blades before and I was wondering if they ever got a resolution to their issues. If so what was it?

I'm pretty pissed now since I ordered these blades for the summer season (a month early) and now I have the wrong ones 2 games into the season and if I'm lucky, I might get the correct ones in time for the winter season but I doubt it.

hey i feel your pain lol, mine got lost in the mail! i ave to get new ones and they said they are in manufacturing process, but i contacted legend and everyne is out on holliday till August 2-3......lol i hope i get my blades someday!!!

Really what holiday? So no one will be there until the 3rd? With the way they have been lacking in service I guess I'll get a response to my email in 2037. <_<

what ive found that works miserable, is dont reply to one of their emails..... always make a new email it works great.....they dont respond to emails that u replay back to.....

lets hope i can get my blades by the 15th....i got travel tryouts then.... :(

i had problems with legend sending the wrong hand shot of my blades. i sent them a nasty email, they responded in 15 mins, and now they're remaking my blades for free and including an extra one. if you're having trouble, try their phone number its 905-853-0291. if that dosent work try emailing this guy Brian @ micmacstick@rogers.com. hope this helps!

True, but I wish somebody would tell that to the people I work with...they missed that memo.
