thejackal 46 Report post Posted November 7, 2007 so how was the shinny, JR?as an aside i went out with my 110XPs that i sharpened yesturday. my edges were fine and i was really getting as good a bite from the blades as any other sharpening jobs i've had recently, so it looks like im on the right track. just 2 more questions: 1) what's so special about the final pass? right now i've been concentrating on taking my time and making sure that the pressure is even. 2) mostly i'll be sharpening new skates, how much more would i have to sharpen them normally?
