TBLfan 25 Report post Posted November 11, 2007 no. I love my one90 shins, I couldn't have made a better choice.
t1tan 19 Report post Posted November 12, 2007 no. I love my one90 shins, I couldn't have made a better choice.Same here, best shins/protective i've ever used, over all. But if you want to save money One90 and Supreme 70 are pretty much the same, Supreme 70 just has less dense foam saving a bit on weight and no grip print. TopProspect91 0 Report post Posted November 12, 2007 I've got the NB's One50's right now and they've been great for me. Saved quite a bit of money instead of choosing the One90 or One70 and they are still quite light. And they are also tapered, which is a MUST for me, at least. Although I did find that they ran a little big, I normally wear Mediums and I couldn't strap them where they felt tight enough without passing up the velcro, sold them and I'm going to order mediums. theWB 2 Report post Posted November 13, 2007 Prettymuch any of this years new supreme shin pad line is a homerun. You just need to determine how much protection you want. I'd say the one90 and 70 are so close that you should go with the 70 for shins. The bauer supreme elbows are nice also but if I had to get new elbows today, they would probaby be reebok. The new 5k's and 6k's are super sweet.
supa 3 Report post Posted November 14, 2007 I personally didnt like how the knee hole was cut out in the one 90, so I opted for the supreme 70, which to me, feels and looked pretty much the same.
