from what I read of your blow- by blow of the conversation I don't think you are obligated to do squat. You asked him to check on the stick,not that you wanted him to order you a stick.

Nah, I wanted him to order me a stick, I just don't think he got that I only wanted it if the curve was the same, and similar to the 8500. I thought I was being clear, but I have a problem where I assume people are smarter than they are.

He said he was going to call the US distributer yesterday and I never got a call letting me know what's up. Just as it took a trip down there (a skate sharpening trip) a week after our discussion about ordering to figure out he even ordered something.

The guy has no problem staying in business. He's the only shop in a Michigan college town where there is a DI NCAA team and 5 sheets within 10 miles. I'm going to start checking to see if there's a shop at one of those rinks.

Just talked to the rep in my area. He's gonna get me a Nitro stick to try out. I'll let you guys know how it is.
