Sickick Gen II shafts

Just noticed these on Icewarehouse. Other than the graphics, it looks like they might have gotten rid of the texture snake-skin-like part of the grip. Anybody know if they'll still make both or are they discontinuing the textured ones?

Saw some of the new sick kick gen 2 sticks at pro hockey life, so i decided to pick it up and try it out even though i have the sickick original stick. The grip seems lighter and it does not have the snake grip from my perspective

They are tapered shafts huh ?

yest they are tapered but the shaft is traditional shape not contoured.
