Old Ticket Stubs, Programs, etc.

Recommended Posts

This is one of my first posts, but I've been a long-time reader of this board.

Anyway, I have a ton of old programs, tickets stubs, player cards, etc. - things like that. Anyway, all of the stuff is just kind of sitting in boxes or bins right now, but I'd like to do something cool to help display more of it.

Anyone have any cool ideas about something interesting I could do with all of it?

Thanks in advance...

go to your local craft store or somewhere where you can buy frames. Get some colored paper that will be a backing and frame it. You can organize it in away that looks cool and professional too.

Scrap booking or collage frames are always nice. Especially when you've got a good centerpiece like a piece of a stick, larger photo, signed puck, etc that can add 3-D to the mounting.

I've been meaning to do something like that for the past 4 years. I have soo many freaking tickets though, i use a baseball card binder page thing to hold all my tickets. It looks like it's about to explode at this point. Especially, my section deticated to my USF football tickets and of course my Lightning tickets.

I've seen a really classy football display. I forget where, but it was a team ball with tickets paper mache'd into a stand and glossed. Looked really nice, like any wood mount except like it was made out of tickets. It was done to look more like a scattering, not a smooth surface.

If you were to mount a jersey, backing the entire mount or plaque with them looks good, I've seen that too.
