ChiefHockey13 0 Report post Posted December 19, 2007 On hockeymonkey I saw that they were selling TPS R2's(Int) for $160 for 3. Is the R2 any good or am I better off just getting one R8 or R6?
cougarscaptain87 12 Report post Posted December 19, 2007 r2 is their second to lowest price point stick, heavy, and what ive heard is feels like a cinder block

colin97 0 Report post Posted December 20, 2007 Just go with an R8 or R6, or try to find an XN10.
Spreedizzle 1 Report post Posted December 20, 2007 As mentioned before....the XN10 is a fantastic feeling and shooting stick. TPS has made many variants in different sticks with the XN10 material. The only downside to most XN10's is the durability. I personally use a few TPS R6's and 2 TPS R8 lite shafts. When I get the opportunity to pick up a R8 Lite OPS for a reasonable price...I will.I think that the R6 is one of, if not the best stick on the market. Perfect balance, great pop on all shots, and extremely durable. You simply can't go wrong with picking up this stick. I recommend that you give it a shot. Let me know if you have any other questions.
