Removing a grip

I put a grip on my Stealth using the sticky side of the tape. It works well, but i just bought TPS R8 gloves, and i think its going to ruin my palms... any methods on removing this quickly? I searched, but no luck.. if its been posted b4 then sorry.

i got mine off just by getting it really wet and rubbing with a towel till a lot came off. the rest i just picked off. its a pain and takes forever but worked.

I had some tacky residue on a pro stock OPS I owned so I just took some rubbing alcohol and liquid hand soap to it. With a bit of work, the stick was "grip-less" and the graphics were left in tact.

Easiest way:

Remove the tape, then use a heat gun to heat up the residue. Comes right off.

I've got a question, so I decided to stick it here so that I didn't have to open a new thread for this.

Is there anyway I could remove grip from a stick that came with the grip? My buds got a Vapor XXX stick that he likes except for the grip. Anyway I could remove the grip? Will any of the methods above work?
