Rick 0 Report post Posted January 29, 2008 I use the brush on toe protect stuff on the toes of my Tacks. I have never had a problem with it and it really does keep the toes on the old school type skates from getting torn up. I also have a pair of the old model kevlar (green) CCM 755 Tacks that got so torn up playing roller hockey that I painted on a very thin layer all over the boots except for the leather trim and it worked out great. A thin layer doesn't seem to add any stiffness to the material but it does coat frayed areas and give a nice layer of protection. Rick Henry Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I bust my ass for the money I make and when i get something nice i value it, unlike some spoiled mofo's who are in their late 20's still living at home.
