Good Canadian Stores to buy from

Hey I did a search but couldnt come up with anything specific. I noticed HockeyGiant and HockeyMonkey have the same ordering/shipping method. Ive heard a few bad things about HockeyMonkey, and with big companies ive been getting charged duty on top of my purchases. Anyone know any good Canada based online stores to order from? or an ebay store with a deep selection? Specifically im looking for a Jofa/CCM 480 Black Medium, and a new helmet chin strap with the buckle. can anyone lend a hand here?

but get a white cage. . . it blends into the ice better and gives you better vision IMO

I think it is still worth your while to buy from American online stores, even with your duty charges. Canadian online stores are uber expensive.

yeah im prob gonna carefully paint the inside white. ive checked everywhere for this cage its usualy between 29 at the cheapest to 39...so shipping is the only difference.

mods you can lock and delete this thread if you want....i foudn a few threads when i searched again...the hockeyshop.com is canadian?????

theres also hockeyworld.com which i think is both american and canadian, called hockeyworld in london, ON (perani's).

and hockeygeeks.com is also based out of london, ON the source for sports.

cool thanks, yeah im from london and all source carries is itech cages...and peranis only has the new rbk cage...basicly the same but the chin cup doesnt look as nice.

while were at it...anyone know where to buy a replacement chin strap? the buckle broke off mine. i would need both parts - the buckle and the plastic clip. any ideas?

The new chin cup on the reebok seems to be the exact same as the old jofa cages.

I love those cages. . . but the floating chin cup on the more recent model is probably more protective/safer.

I think you can buy a chin strap at just about any LHS. . . . i know you can at any of the ones by me.
