Powerslide Board

Does anyone have experience with the Powerslide board for off-ice training? There might have been a discussion on this about a year ago but I couldn't find it with a search. Link to the product is below.

I've got a slideboard, and it gives you a pretty good work out. Good for leg strength and balance.

i dont like it. i did it during rehab, and i'd rather just roller blade or something.

I use it at work when it's really slow and I've already eaten lunch and there's almost nothing else to do besides inventory, which, well lets face it. No one wants to do inventory. Especially when its jerseys. Box after box after box.

I saw a used one of these for pretty good deal. Do they work well? I have back issues so can't do plyometrics, too much pounding on the spine, and this seems like it might be a good low-impact workout.

Hey everyone, a bit new here... but I have a big one and a small one and have been thinking of doing a review. What would you like to see in the review? Any questions in particular that you want answered.

As far as enjoyment goes, it would probably be similar to a treadmill, some people would enjoy it and other will grow tired of it....when the NHL is back on I will have to try it while watching the game!

Also I will probably be giving one of them away in the near future.

Yeah I have done a few video reviews on youtube for hockey training aids. I would ship to Scotland, I just wouldn't want to pay for shipping :D
