Recommended Posts

if you're not going to use the OPS as it is, buy the shaft. shaft > cut OPS

the one you always use.

can you just heat the blade? I mean I might like the blade but not able to tell. Dumb question but are the tps as stiff as the warriors? Yes the xn10 is money

You just heat it like a 2-piece and it will come out easily. You might have to cut/dent out a little of the epoxy if it´s sticking to the inside walls of the shaft instead of the blade but that´s it.

For god's sake, the blade on the XN10 is amazing. You're crazy to mess with it, man.

As much as I loved the shafts, I thought the blades were lacking in feel. I may have a line on a "few" shafts though.

TPS really run in their own categories flex wise. Its hard to compare a TPS to the other brands because they do not make your standard 85/100 flex shafts.

I really loved the XN10's shaft, not so much the blade.

Chadd, anything in SW flex or even W flex? PM me man, I NEED them.

I never said they were available, just that I may be able to track down some more. As far as being as stiff as a Warrior, depends on what flexes you're comparing. The flex chart at the top of the page is pretty accurate, just substitute TPS for Louisville.

I didn't want to create a new topic for this so I'll just ask here.. how's the XN10 Armor shaft compared to the R2XN10?

The early Armors had durability problems and I thought the performance wasn't as good.

As "sub-par" as the feel might have been, the blade had more pop to it than any others I've ever used. They were a bit "pingy," but a strip or two of duct tape (under the hockey tape, obviously) took care of that for the most part.

I fucking loved my XN10s.
