Laraque is a fan of Yoga

I cant remember who now, but...there was one of those between period segments which showed the teams goalie doing it with his instructor, etc....

More players are doing yoga since they are now understanding what it is. Many people have an image of yoga and what they think it is.

If I had more time in the week, I would try it.

there are 2 reasons to go to Yoga

1. it has a lot of merit for keeping your body together, I believe Eddie George has used it for a number of years as well

2. the 30/40 yr old women who used to go to the 4:30PM Birkam Yoga class in Dallas (uptown) area, couldn't be beat

I accidentally stumbled across a few yoga stretches a couple months ago when my hammies were killing me and they work better than anything else I've found so far. Besides, if anyone makes fun of Georgy for doing it, he'll knock them the f#$%# out.

I don't care if this works or not, but it popped into my head.

Chuck Norris doesn't do yoga. Yoga, does Chuck Norris.

Yeah yeah, go ahead and shoot me. :P

I was going to try yoga but it seems too sedentary to me. So instead I took up taekwondo and it has the meditation part, the stretching part, and an added kick to the head part.

Higgins and Komi do yoga. It's part of their workout with Dipietro and their personal trainer.

I love doing yoga. I do "Yoga for Athletes" once a week or so, its an intense workout, but you feel really energized afterwards instead of worn out. Not to mention its great for a hangover because you don't have to move very fast, but it gets you sweating all the booze out. I only wish I had discovered it when I was in prep or college.

Good plan, that kick to the head will come in handy some day I imagine. :D

Maybe on the ice?

No, I doubt even Chris Simon would try that...or would he?
