I noticed in the pre-games shots before the Friday game in TB, they showed him working on his stick and it was an Easton S17 and sure enough, he used it in the game. Does anyone know when/why he switched from Bauer?

BTW, he scored a sweet goal that night. Maybe he thought the $4M per year for QUALITY goals and not QUANTITY?? Just saying....

this was covered in the NHL gear sightings a few months ago in the equipment forum. This isn't the first time he has done this either. He did it last season on the Islanders he went from bauer sticks to easton back to bauer.

he's been switching all year long although only used the easton's for a few games then went back to his vapor xxx's

I would rather have Quantity over quality when it comes to goals, Blake is really not producing this year, he is not playing half as good as he was last year.
