does anyone have any good/bad input on this stick. my XXXX just broke and im looking for a quick fix until my replacement comes back.

They still make wood sticks. If you're just going for a temporary, cost-effective alternative, you may as well go wood.

I do know several people that like Easton's price points. I've only tried one from TPS and hated it, but the guy I sold it to never said anything negative about it.

The SC6 has good feel for the cost but is a bit heavy. Grabbing a woodie might not be a bad plan though.

While I couldn't agree more, I think most people would be better served by having a cheap OPS as their backup. A wood blade will soften considerably over time if used at all, while the cheap OPS will be unchanged.

I still carry one as a back-up but I used to always have a woodie as a PK stick. Even if I was on it maybe three times a season.
