Recommended Posts

Hey guys just wondering if the blade can be pulled out of this ops like the adrenaline? I have a stick with a split blade but the shaft is in great condition.

certain fused OPS'. Some sticks seem to be really easy like TPS and some Warrior's, but if you ever pull something out of an easton lets say, your lucky haha some sticks are really hard and some are really easy but those two companies seem be the easiest to pull out.

Would this go for the Response Lite Pro Stock sticks that are based on the R8?

if they are actually an r8 yeah it should work.. but if it isnt an r8 and its just another painted of tps stick, well it should still work.. i think ever tps ive owned ive been able to just take the blade out.. inno too, my 1100s just heated it up, out goes the blade...

Thanks guys. I'm not a huge fan of the R8 I have. It is a "Little" pro stock that I bought here in Vancouver. It was the only exact clone of a forsberg/pm9 curve that the store had. I find that the blades feel is off. It is the thinnest blade I have ever seen on a stick. The top is like a knife edge. Usually I like that, but this blade lacks feel. The stick shoots half decent, but not as good as my old XXX lites and far from the S17's that I recently broke. I will try a synergy II blade in this stick if the blade breaks first. We'll see how that works. I am interested in trying the R10 though. Looks like a really nice stick.

Really? I had two R8's and I loved them. They shot really well, but I decided to get rid of them because I couldn't get used to the curve. I can't wait to try the R10 too, it sounds like a really nice stick.

haha jason we have the same stick, and i also agree that the blade has a little less feel but it is a great performing stick and extremely light( though im not a weight whore or anything)

I'm not really a weight whore either, but I do tend to prefer a certain weight. I think the S17 is pretty much balance and weight perfection. I suppose I was a little harsh on my criticism of the R8. It is a pretty good stick. Very light, well balanced and it does shoot quite well, I just didn't like the feel all that much. I'll have to give it some more time.
