RBK warranty

I bought a 9k0 and the heel is starting to chip pretty badly, its about a quarter of an inch deep all along the heel of the blade, tried taking pictures but you really can't see the damage, my question is, do you think RBK will replace it?

heel to toe is you must know :P, but i got most of the heel that touches the ice, and the lie is correct the tape wears out evenly

RBK won't replace a stick with normal wear and tear under warranty. Blade chipping is normal use and wear and tear...

it's weird though, because none of my other sticks are chipping this badly, is it just that RBK sticks suck or what?

RBK sticks have proven, in the past, to be some of the least durable on the market. Also agreeing with Mack on this one...anyone who buys the o so gay stick is buying into false hype

Call the number on the side of the stick and explain to RBK exactly what is happening, they may just warranty it. It's worth a try.

As someone who repairs many, many broken sticks of all brands, I can say that RBK sticks are no less durable than the other manufacturers sticks. When I cut them open, they all seem to have similar construction techniques, materials and thicknesses. These are the high end sticks I'm referring to, not the cheaper mostly fibreglass ones. Most sticks do not break from a manufacturers defect, rather than from abuse, e.g., banging stick on ice, wrong lie, slashing, etc.
