Tuuk Custom+ Holders - Which replacement steel to get?

I'm ready for new steel in my custom+ holders, and I've been looking around online for replacements. I found the traditional stainless, as well as a "Pro Carbon" model. Which one is better?

Sounds good. I have stainless now and had never heard of the pro carbon version. What's the difference?

I need new steel as well. In fact I'm probably going to buy a couple sets because I can only see the guy who rockers mine in the summer. I am going to get him to do two sets so I have some done right in case I have a problem mid season. I'm just waiting for some feedback on this step steel.

Pro Carbon will sharpen better however will rust/delaminate. Go with stainless - that's what the + in Custom+ is for.

generally, carbon steel comes on less expensive skates. it is easier to sharpen, but gets f';d easily. most upper end skates come with stainless steel.
