Chin cup/strap replacement

I have a Jofa 480 cage that I love, but one of the straps that holds the floating chin cup on ripped and fell off. I saw that they are riveted on, but do they make replacements? I love this cage and dont want to waste it.

I've got one of those and I'm not happy with it. Either the clips aren't holding the straps tight enough or the straps are slipping. I need to tighten it every game.

Wouldn't it be easier and cheaper to just replace the strap on the chin cup instead of the whole thing?
