I think its fine the way it is now with automatic 2, this way the rule is very easy to enforce removing problems with refs that call stuff half the time and half the time just let it go. This way the only guy to blame is the guy that threw the puck. I support all rules that limit the ref from deciding the game. I only wish some way existed to clearly and consistently call hooks, trips, ect ... with out it being left up to the refs.
