Do any of you have a copy of the Nike Bauer custom skate form that has all the available custom options as well as the tracing/measuring guidelines? Thanks!

I had to order internationally, no LHS here.I had to order a pair of stock skates and them simply gave the custom info to Lettermen Sports.Looks like that worked, although haven't baked or skated in them.

They did them for $550. What helped I used to have Bauer 7000 pro stock in size 8.5C/AA that fit me fine.

In my case I can get rid of the pair I don't need coz I'm overseas now.So selling the retail pair wasn't a problem.
