Some captains are willing to call out teammates and deliver passionate speeches while others prefer to let their play do the talking.

The only essential quality that veteran coach Ken Hitchcock believes is necessary is that a captain convinces his teammates that he'll always put the team first.

What a shocker...Definitely going to help him want to remain a 'Nuck that's for sure.

The only thing that will help Luongo want to remain a 'Nuck is winning and not being relied on to do said winning all by himself. If the 'Nucks remain mired in mediocrity then Roberto will be plying his trade elsewhere by 2010 at the latest.
