Supreme One90's

Recommended Posts

I am not able to try these on, as I am looking to purchase online at close out. I have read at a few sites that they run small. I was going to order them this am, but read that If I wear a size 10, I should order a 10.5. Any help is appreciated. I wear a size 10D in CCM, and a Size 10 in NB Vapor.

Thank you for your time,

Sean

im pretty sure you need to go down one and a half size....from what ive read on here i think thats right.

Go down 1 1/2 sizes? I am a little confused. Normally your skate size is 1-1 1/2 sizes smaller than your normal shoe size. If that is what you meant than you are correct. I am curious about the Nike Baure One90's. I have read that if your normal skate size is a 10, than you would be wearing a 10.5 in the One90's.

Thanks again,

Sean

I wear a 9 or 9 1/2 shoe depending on brand and I fit into a 7.0 D skate in the one90's. My previous skates were pretty old but they were a 8.0 D so I had to drop a full size when I bought the one90's.

But 2 - 2 1/2 sizes below your shoe is what NikeBauer recomended if I remember correctly. Seems to be on par with what someone else said above.

Actually NikeBauer recommends 1 1/2 sizes below your shoe size. On all their tags/boxes (can't remember which), it says the skate size ie. 8 D and then says the corresponding shoe size which in this case would be 9.5 D. HOWEVER, there is a huge amount of variability in what people actually wear based on what they perceive their shoe size to be and how they like their skates to fit.

Size 12 sneaker (Nike, Adidas, Diesel, etc.), Size 11.5 dress shoe (Calvin Klein, Steve Madden, Gucci, etc.), Size 9.5D Vector 10.0 SE Skates (although a little crammed volume wise but after two bakes and some breaking in better than before), Size 9.5D One90 Skates (perfect fit - cannot wait for the bake). Later,

Supposed to be 1/2 size smaller than your normal NBH skate size, however, everyone's foot is different and their is no substitution for trying them on and buying them at your LHS. The case may be though that your LHS has few / no One90s laying around so internetting them and hoping for the best is the chance you will then have to take. If you go this route be sure to buy them from a place that allows returns and do NOT get them sharpened before they arrive. Later,

It's a tidbit being thrown to the dogs, but only fits about 5% of people's feet, still, it will get plenty of dogs excited!

A quick check of their site: 12 pairs in size 6, and 10 of those pairs are in a size C - Bauer D is narrow enough as it is, very few people require a C. The rest are size 10 and up - US running shoe 12!

I'm about to pull the trigger on the $199 deal for the One90's. Should I trust the advice and just buy 1/2 size smaller then my Vapors or do I really need to try them on?

Depends on if you can toss away $200 or trust selling them on ebay to recoup your losses.

You should never trust "should fit" without trying them on, and the One90 isn't a very forgiving skate if your foot doesn't fit right.

If the gamble is worth it and you're fairly certain the Supreme boot will fit, go ahead. If you have any doubts.... your call.

I wear a 10.5 show and wear a 8.5d in the one90. I have plenty of room in the toe cap. I had them heated and they fit like a glove. I can skate for hours and not have any pain.

I would try them on...I ended up with one full size bigger than the CCMs I was wearing, but it's up to you...good luck!
