Four Nations Cup in Lake Placid

I drove down to Lake Placid yesterday to go watch Canada and USA battle for the 4 Nations Cup.

USA won in the 6th round of shootout, it was a pretty good game!

was this the junior tournament that was there? I had a friend who left for lake placid last week for an U-18 tournament there. same thing?

no, this was a 4 team womens tournament.

USA, Canada, Finland and Sweden.

The men were also playing.

They won on Saturday night.

The tournament was both the Sr Womens' teams and the boys U-18 teams.

Women: USA, Canada, Finland, Sweden

Boys U-18: USA, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland

The guys had their finals on Saturday and the women were on Sunday.

thanks, I wasnt aware of the mens tourney, as I follow more closely Canada hockey and Canada wasnt there.
