Painting a One95 Stick

Has anyone tried painting the yellow stripe on the One95? Whats the best/easiest way to do it?

I agree with fatwabbit, but my advice would be ToeGuard or spray paint (mask off everything else). Not sure where the serial number is located but don't cover that for warranty purposes, even though painting might destroy your chance at getting a replacement anyways.

dont do that. You'll end up painting over the shit on the sides too.

Just take some black tape and run it down the bottom yellow side.

or tape every part of the stick excpet the yellow stripe then spary paint it and then take the tape off

How about just run a long piece of electrical tape/Hockey tape over it?

Are you looking to black out the yellow strip, or change the color of the yellow strip?

if you are looking to black it out, you could just tape it but obviously if you are looking to change the color then i would mask it off and just spray away.

I didn't tape it well enough, or it was the wrong tape, so as you can see it leaked. If it would've been taped well it wouldve looked great.

Dont be a brand whore/snob and just paint the whole stick black (or desired color) - it'll be a lot easier. Unless you just want everyone to know you're using a One95...

I apologize for sounding harsh or whatever but I just got the impression you're trying to change the color of the yellow but want to retain all the NBH/One95 markings, thus my comments. Why did you choose to tape over it rather than paint?

I'm just kind of biased about these sorts of things but that is because I just don't like to sport many logos on my stuff in general. To whatever extent possible, I try to remove/hide logos. So rather than cover just a certain part of something I'd just cover it all - it's all preference though I suppose.
