Just a general thought on the S17 stick

how was the durability on these round shafts? would they be stronger? or because they flex more they snap easier?

I used to have a TPS Rubber shaft that had the rounded corners. Stick was red, and the regular-shaped shaft was yellow. I really liked that shaft because of the rounded corners. Probably as close to being oval as you can get in a stick.

Yes they did...saw a bunch in the LHS last week. They've been sitting there for 3+ years now.

Didn't know where my inquiry belonged, so I decided to add to this thread on thr s17 stick.

I recently purchased a number of these sticks from a retailer. When I took out the plug, I noticed the green striping in the shaft with the stick code. However, it reads "S19" followed by my flex. Underneath one, it read "19/JULY/2011"

I'm not sure what to make of it, as they are painted and marked as retail s17's. Any thoughts??? Pls pls be s19 lol
