Oakley Straight or Aviator cuts?

Does anybody know if there's a big difference between the Aviator and Straight cut Oakley visors?

I have a Large CCM V10 helmet and I'm looking at getting an Oakley visor. Just wondering which Oakley do people prefer.

I've seen some pictures of v10/v08 helmets with Oakley's and they look sweet!

I've both a gray-tint Aviator and a clear Pro Straight that I've been switching around on my V08. I like both equally, but there's definitely a different between the two. The Aviator comes further down on the cheekbones, but just has the cutout for better breathability/airflow.

Gettyimage Ovi to see how they look on him; he's settled on the Pro Straight but had used the Aviator for a while before that.

Same here, that's why I've been using it for years now on my last 2 helmets. That regular aviator in the first pic looks even more weird b/c he's got it tilted up like crazy... I just think the modified aviator is more proportioned. As far as straight vs aviator, it's all really personal preference.

I personally like it the other way around, but its all personal preference. I had the modified aviator, and i didn't like it very much.

I can't remember where I saw it when I was researching - probably somewhere on here - but I read that the straight and the modified aviator have the same coverage at the tip of the nose, the modified aviator just extends down further on the sides. I've been using the mod aviator, and really like it.
