KOR SHIFT 1

I picked up a pair of Shift 1's and I am loving the way they feel coming from One 90's and Ultra G5's but I noticed that my arches hurt (or seem fatigued) after a game.

I use superfeet in my other skates but the Shift 1's do not have insoles.

I was wondering if anyone has tried using insoles in their Kor's.

I could use a little more arch support in Shift 1s as well. I've thought about adding something like these stick in arch supports to my skates.

I would think adding superfeet to the Shift 1s is going to cause major volume issues.

Go with the Graf SIDAS insoles i put them in KOR Shift 2 because my Superfeet cause me lot of pain in my arch and now no ore pain.

Not sure if your Shifts 1's came with but I remember that they had some sort of support piece like the attachment above that came with each pair. Simple yet effective.

I remember the pair I had one skate felt cushioned and the other didn't, almost as if the insole had been sewn a little too high onto the inside liner thus giving the cushion effect. Because of this it would have been difficult for me to have added insoles unless I cut the liner around the bottom. I have no idea what other Shifts are like but just speaking from my own experiance.
