anyone have a description? I have a good deal setup for a Getzlaf stick, not pro stock.

At my LHS the Getzlaf replaced the Lidstrom curve on the easton sticks.

ok, called Easton and it is the new Lidstrom, however up here in Nova Scotia I have seen it in the stores as Briere

I have only seen one Briere stick at my LHS and it looked nothing like a lidstrom. It looked very similar to a Sakic.

First off, it's "Lidstrom", and Briere is not/was not/will not be in the forseeable future the name of a curve.

Briere doesn't even endorse Easton.

To the OP - the Getzlaf retail was Lidstrom.

As for Getzlaf pro stock....MSH member Edge had a pro stock Getzlaf Stealth for sale here awhile ago, and I think the pattern was similar to a Sakic.

Everything in the post above is true although, I thought the original plan was for the Lidstrom to be called Briere but, he switched and they named it the Getzlaf. I could swear I remember someone saying they had some Briere S17s at their shop.
