How to get a hold of Rink Rat customer service?

Recommended Posts

I've been trying to get a hold of Rink Rat for nearly a month now in order to claim their 30 day warranty on a brand new set of Hornets that completely chunked out on me after two skates.

I have contacted them via their customer service email address, mike hunt's email, and dan reilley's email. It's been nearly a month and I havn't heard anything back. I see they have personal cell numbers listed for their marketing directors...but I really doubt they put those numbers up to deal with an individual's problem with a set of wheels.

Is there a customer service number I can call about this problem?

I know in the past RR has stood behind their products....I would call them, they put the numbers up there for whatever reason, it dosent matter.....Bottom line is it's their company they shouldnt have a problem with a customer calling them about an issue....They dont sell wheels the cell phone bill dosent get paid.....I feel sure if you call and get a hold of them, they will fix you up...

They're a little slow in their responses, but they'll get back to you. I just got a box full of wheels from them to replace ONE wheel. They're good people, and I'm sure they'll take care of you.

I also have had great luck with RinkRat.

I broke a core in a MB 816 wheel, and other cores were showing signs of fatigue. I sent a pic of the busted wheel, and asked for a replacement wheel. I was asked what size and hardness wheels I was using, and a week later a complete set of 8 wheels showed up.

Don't forget, they are playing most weekends, too. NARCh was last weekend, so Mike was a little busy.

I understand that this IS a business, but they're good people over there, and I'm sure they'll get you all fixed up with new wheels :)
