Move to Ice Hockey Equipment? No one here is going to be able to tell you what it is from your post. Try taking it to your LHS and asking them. With your foot and your skate infront of them they will be able to make a much better informed decision.

I get some rubbing on my right big toe on the inside of the skate (XXXX's). I've thought about taking it back to my LHS to have it punched out or something but the problem is the toe cap so not sure they can even do anything about that.

It isn't that big a deal pain wise anyway. Sometimes I put a small bandaid on the side of my toe to get rid of the problem.

I get that sometimes with my left foot but usually only if i've been skating for more than 2 hours. This on my XXV's

blisters are usually from rubbing. for your toes. you could dremel out the area where your toe is touching. I remember Paul Coffey saying he'd used to do this because he wore his skate so small. However, it's really easy to dremel through your toe cap, and it will make you toe cap weaker and will void your warranty. As for you heels, your going to have to tie you skates tighter.

They could theoretically heat up the toe cap area with their heat gun and then when the plastic is slightly flexible punch it out with their machine. Might want to inquire about that service.

Don't they call that the Bauer Bump? I hear NB skates are common in thouse areas for blisters and rubbing. I got mine (XXV) punched out on my right skate. It helped a little but blister pads work wonders!
