Salary cap numbers aside, the circumstances are very similar. He is inheriting a team that is underachieving something awful, and big contracts hinder the GM from making any substantial personnel moves. I, for one, hope he is able to right this ship, otherwise we can start looking forward to next season and hoping.

I actually thought Rozsival was pretty decent up until this season. Redden's a mess though, but hopefully he fits a little better in Torts system.

Pruchs is quick...in a straight line and nothing else. He has no lateral mobility and his vision is about as clear as a pint of Guinness (mmm). I think he's overrated but the fans have somehow rallied behind him for some reason. He's one one more heads down puck carry and resulting hit from a lengthy IR stint. But, Voros hasn't played much better. When Bell gets goin, I guess he takes that spot.
