Easton Heatley Curve

Recommended Posts

I've looked everywhere and can't find one. Is this blade discontinued?? The closest curve I can find to an Easton Heatley is a CCM Recchi.

I believe the harrow iggy clone is actually 5 lie

Wow....Exactly what I was looking for. Does anyone know if the Harrow lies are true standard lies? (Unlike Warrior)

Just checked out some posts and it seems like in general, they are pretty good blades. Thanks for the Reply! I've been pimping MSH since I moved down to VA; the site and members definitely come up big!

When I sold the stuff, their lies were accurate. (wow, that just sounds odd.)

Yes, they still make them, but unfortunately for those of us who use two pieces, only in top end OPS. Annoys me because that's kinda my ideal curve. Midway between a Sakic and Iginla in terms of loft, Nice profile and length, and a nice lower lie.

So if somebody would like to buy me a SE16 in 85 flex with Heatley RH, I would be very happy. Until then, I have to live with the Sakic or Iginla depending on my mood when I buy the blade.

When it comes to curve selections, there is definitely no love for the lie 5 players. It seems that lie 5 blades pretty much only come in Modo/Forsberg clones. Was their some round table discussion amongst the companies in which they all agreed players that use a lie 5 don't want curves on their blades?

We got some of our sticks in at the shop yesterday and easton decided to mark the heatley se16 a 4.5 lie but the s11 was marked as a 5. They looked about the same when i lined them up though.

I like the look of that curve...not as much heel as the NB P106...but definitely more curve than the MODO/Forsberg. Hard to tell how open the curve is though with the tape on it. Is it more open that the modo/forsberg?

It doesn't seem to be any more or less open than the Zetterberg/PM9 to me. I switch between the two regularly with no problems.

Does anyone have a pic of a Heatley curved stick they could post? I am looking to buy one online at a really good deal.

feel like sharing the wealth? I love my heatley s11 and am hoping to find a few more to have around for the right price.

I just bought one S17 for 158 shipped brand new with warranty on ebay. The seller put S 17 so thats prolly why no one bought it. Think I got a pretty good deal, said he has no more sticks to sell or I would buy more.
