Well, as a treat for surviving my little scare and happening to get a work bonus this week, I finally broke down on a Bauer ID One 95. If only they'd make the damn P12 retail. I can't be the only one searching for pro stock Bauer sticks in this pattern, can I?

Yeah, well Bauer only makes my pattern P02 (Lidstrom clone) for Euros. Every other North American OPS is available in Lidstrom but Bauer. How do you like them apples?! :lol:

Remember back in the day where your LHS would have wood sticks lined up from wall-to-wall and you could find any curve you could possibly imagine? WFT has happened? There seems to be 4-5 curves that every manu-packager shares with each other and the only choice consumers really have today is how much money they would like to waste on a Chinese or Mexican-made stick. What the heck?

I want the steve larmer curve back. or the cam neely curve, something other than seeing the same four names on every brand of stick.

in all seriousness though how many stick brand does modano have his name on? must be a record, if a record of that would ever be kept.

I remember 8-10 years ago when I was playing the best hockey of my life it was easy.

Easton: Lidstrom

Bauer: Pronger

Now I can't even find the Easton Lidstrom in the sitck and flex I like as easy anymore...

have you tryed the warrior's Jovanovski curve? its suppose to be the same as the easton lidstrom. I'd actually like to pick up a one piece warrior w/ a jova curve one day. :P

No I haven't. Since I have started playing again I have been gifted a slew of Pro Stock OPS from a Professional Player I know through the family, which match the P02 Pattern/Lidstrom that are all Mission, RBK 7K, and Easton Synergy.

Once those are done and dusted I will experiment with a Warrior.

Have always just used Eastons and Bauers though.
